The basics of designing you own patterns using Photoshop Elements will be demonstrated.  How to convert a picture a cuttable pattern will be discussed. How to use fonts to enhance your scrolling projects will be illustrated. Seminar will include a free CD with several free fonts modified just for scrolling.  Q & A to follow
